2011 venture gt clutch question

I noticed the bolt was laying below the secondary and the collar was missing when I looked over the sled after I bought it. The belt sits at the right height. Questioning if the clutch needs to be adjusted now. What did I need to check?

are all the parts for that bolt still there?

Looks like I’m missing the thick collar and the thin washers. I have the bolt and dowel. I did a oem parts search to see what all was there.
