warner said:iv'e got 907 miles on the 2013 nytro xtx 1.75 i bought as a left over back in march, i will tell you this is the best sled i have ever owned, my riding pal bought one also, i have the oft steering relocate on and he does not, we have switched sleds and can tell you mine is easier to steer,we have the same carbides as well..
this damn motor pulls so hard and that track puts the power on the ground!! it is fun fun fun..
seeing 13.5 mpg for right now...my only gripe is the small tank but you have heard that before.
fun sled i love riding it...you can pound deep snow with it and it handles the trails quite well...
glad i bought it just turn the key and go, o ya stay warm put a bigger windshield on with the side deflectors , was riding in -8 temps no probs
Fun sled for sure! I was getting nearly 20 mpg on my first big ride, getting the same as the 600 etec I was riding with. It was almost -10F and the trails were solid hard pack so it was ideal for fuel mileage (but rough on the slides). The small tank kinda sucks but ive never ran into an issue yet. I ride with alotta newer Polaris 800 twins so they usually need fuel when I do with nearly twice the fuel capacity.

my sled has 3500kms now and I am noticing slightly better gas mileage this year.... the Yamaheaters were definitely a needed upgrade and the OFT relocate is how this thing should have come stock.... 345 miles the other day and not an issue in -25 cant argue with that

my hand warmers were plenty warm....just one completely went out. It was -10 below and thought I might freeze my throttle hand off lol. I see some of you have the DuPont slides I just threw a set on but have not tried them. How many miles you get out of them? hopefully a lot for the price! Mine is also a 1.25 so its a little better on slides than the 1.75
koke1, we also put a set of duraflex ice scratchers on to help with the slide lubrication...
just curious what you get for top end speed on yours with the 1.25 track? i get 90 mph tops

I haven't done a ton of top speed runs. But on a decent hard packed lake with a little loose snow ive seen 101 and on an extremely hard packed road 107.

that is the main reason I went with the 1.25..i end up on a lot of lakes and rivers and ride with bigger sleds so I need every ounce of top end I can get..i also didn't want to have to put ice scratchers on. Most of the riding I do is on trail so a 144 with 1.25 lugs hooks up plenty. The 1.75 must really hook though !
the 1.75 does grab..if you get a chance to ride one do it.
