This past weekend I tried to put 4 inch shaper bars on the outside and 6 inch in the middle. The 4 inchers went in pretty well but are a little higher than stock. The 6 inchers would not seat properly in the ski. Any hints on how to get them to go into the slot?

some help
I run 6" stud boy shapers in the center only. I give them a wack with a rubber malet and they seat just fine. Stock 6" bars on the outers. I think the shapers on the outers are wayyyyyyyyyyyyy to much man. My opinion.

where is a good place to get a deal on the pilot carbides. I want to get 6" for the centers & maybe leave the stock 4 on the outsides.

shapers
I go right to my Yammi doo dealer and buy them. Don't see much of a point to try to save 2 bucks.
Good luck

I just leave the worn stock DOO 4 inchers for outsides and stick 6" shapers on centers.....outsides will never wear down.
yeah they didnt fit exactly perfect but they will go on.....handling is awesome.
