My nephews new Phazer GT A Arms started getting paint chips and scuffs from normal riding so I designed two aarm protectors for the lower front aarms. I used a 17-mil thick blue tinted PVC vinyl which has one side laminated with a pressure sensitive adhesive.
To get the vinyl to easy roll around the aarm I used a hair dryer to warm/soften the film.
The first two photo's show the kit (Blue Tinted Vinyl) and after in was installed. I also did it in a Red Tinted Vinyl to better show the kit and the installation steps.

I picked up a roll of clear vinyl from Cabelas. Make is sure it is UV rated.
I used the headlight film thats 17-mil thick, the normal paint protection film is only 8-mils. Clear Guard sells both the headlight film in clear and tinted colors (Blue, Red, Yellow and Smoke) along with the automobile paint protection film. The film is listed on the Bulk material page.
