Today i was boondocking near my house with my buddy and his Cheyenne 503. Between powerline and some Gravel Pit and near the river. All those land are private except for the line. I have asked permission to ride it, several year Ago except for the gravel pit because we are just passing througth. No problem all the day with funny powder riding.
When we came to the Pit, we are riding carefully because it's hazardous. Suddenly we see a truck, we salute the driver, and goes backward because the traffic. The truck dissapear and suddenly we see it came back really fast on us. We decide to leave quickly, but badly i get stuck. my Friend help me, and the truck arrive, the owner of the Pit goes out the truck, we say Hello.
He came on us, punch the Windshield of my buddy with his hand, came on me and grab me by the neck and knock on my sled like a crazy. He start to scream, you fucking"?"&?!/&*(in french is like, Mes Tabarnac de calisse de flo,) break down all my tree. He said, i will figth you...... and take the Key of my buddy Sled. He say, give me 50 $ for my tree(we break zero tree) and now he say 250 $.... Now he want to take my key and knock my sled, i snap the throttle to remove my sled of his reach, the other guy with him give i giant kick on my hood :evil: now it's over, it's enough man. He want to fight my buddy, i'm trowing on the other guy, he get afraid and came back on his truck, the other guy, around 60 year old, want more and continue to talk about his fucking tree and cash he want, finally he get up on his big Rig and say at the driver crush the sled, go crush it. I remove my sled another time, and he say give me 150 box and i will give you the key.
From here, i saw my buddy, boxer instinct, start to raise i say to him, get back on my sled, go at your home , and call the Cops. the guy scream: I will give you 20 min to pay me, if not i crush the Cheyenne.
We came back at my buddy house, call the cops, and finally see a Beautiful Policewoman. She take our point, and make a complaint. But that take more than 20 min and the other guy panic and call the police also, invent a giant story, like we destroy his plantation, say he was 3 guy with him to confirm his story (liar liar). Finally we get up with the Cops were we leave the Ski-doo. This fucking Crazy has take the sled and crush many tree by himsled during we are back to home.
:evil: The Police can't trusth his eye and ear when she saw the guy and his destroyed plantation. She saw right now that he was lying badly and finally, we came with a ""Friendly arrangement" like we arent take him in court and he also promise that. He was so gentle when he came talk to us with the Beautiful Police Woman. Fucking Looser :x
i can say the only pleasant thing that story give to us, is to saw that nice woman :lol:

SO he beat up your sled and wanted to fight with you over a tree you didnt do anything to? What a moron!A tree who cares should have cracked him in the face with your helmet id be so angry if anyone did that to my stuff especially over a tree.

Where i live, we all know that guy, is really crazy.
After that even, i'm biased, should i have kick is butt or i do the right thing to call the police.
Because i know, he has'nt understand, and will start this fucking scenario an other guy, or a Kid, and maybe the kid will pay, just to buy the peace.

No you probably did the right thing by calling them to take care of it.I watch COPS all the time they arrest the one guy telling him he should have just called them instead he is going to jail now i think you did the right thing but i would be steamed if i just spent all that money and have some crazy guy kick it.You just know how to handle your temper and did it the smart way

Personally id a lost my temper and gave him the fight he wanted!! But thats me!!
i remember the last time i went to Eagle river to go riding..We were riding the ditches where there were a MILLION tracks...
ALl of a sudden we come up on some other riders and the leader ..A GUY WITH A BEARD gets off and starts pointing and yelling at us...We guessed it was about where we were riding.. BUT IT WAS UNMARKED and we didnt know any better.. INstead of getting into a fist fight we just took off!!
Everyone acts like we are supposed to know all the laws and rules of the area...SORRY THATS IMPOSSABLE!!

for us, i was impossible to leave because he took the key of my buddy sled. He was crazy, some wire in his head touch together. bwip, bad connection. :?
And he really want to break our sled with his big sand truck.
The thing that scare me is if it felt on some younger guy or a father and his children, will he react the same way, and try to scare them. :cry:
He think he win the game because the Police didn't arrested him. Maybe and i hope, someday i will find a man who want to fight and learn that is'nt the king, or i will go to jail...
It's like movies, the officer said that in that small town where i live, i'ts almost the wrong guy who win, because the lack of evidence and he may try to satisfy is revenge
