I'm new to Yamaha & snowmobiling. I spring ordered a blue er. Love the sled. However I'm very frustrated. With the Yamabucks, I wanted front storage bag, saddle bag, hi windshield for nothern riding as well as a bunch of other stuff ie boots, billet caps.. It has been a very painfull experience & I still do not have the hi windshield or the saddle bags. Every week I get another bs story from my dealer. I'm I being jerked around by my dealer or is Yamaha not delivering.. Getting pissed

Its your dealer most likely. I bought my sled Nov.23rd. Got all my goodies that day except for front bag and taller shield. The dealer UPS'd them to me 6 days later.

My guess is that it's the dealer. Remember, some of those Yama bucks come out of his pocket. Maybe he's hoping you'll forget and he'll save the money........................

Not likely your dealer IMHO. Although some are known azzholes. How have they treated you other than this?
Tall windshield not available from Yamaha Canada until mid Jan at earliest.
It was supposed to be ready Dec. 16.
I settled on a Mid height and dealer got it for me in two days. Therefore the dealer was not the hold up. Dealer charged me $100, HST included instead of $114 plus HST since I had to settle for the mid height.
Spoke to Yamaha about it in November. They apologized but said they were not happy with the tall windshield vendor [Sportech ?] delivered and that it had to be redone. They were not willing to deliver a product they felt to be not up to snuff. [ I heard from another source the Windy was bending down at high speeds. ]
Not sure about your bags. Call the parts guy and ask him to check the status of your backorder. He should be able to tell you expected deliverey date.
I always follow up with the parts department as sometimes there seems to be confusion between Parts and Sales.
