Adjusting Needle question

Can you use the steel washers in the needles and adjust .5 clip positions like you could with the plastic ones in a 2 stroke?

I dont see why not but a 4 stroke is much less suseptable to tiny changes as a 2 stroke. Are you that close to running perfect?
