From those who have turbos now, which guage is more important in the 4 stroke tuning world - Air/Fuel guage or EGT guage?? Trying to figure out what I need to buy.

An EGT will give you the same basic info that an air/fuel gage will as far as fuel mixture. If you're reading cold you're rich if you're lean it will run hot (1450deg F+). It is simple to install and is very durable. You can get a boost/EGT dual gage combo and it makes a nice set up. I do not use a n air/fuel gage on my sled and do't have any problems, but to each his own.
