Id like it but would have to trim the side ears down some...abit wide to my eye.I think it fits the body lines perfect... I'll post a pic once it comes in and I get it installed.
I will likely run my stock 50th most the time, and maybe have a backup medium viper shield for if we head north.

nice,very low....
I do believe that is a cat low style that has a cut down section in center...maybe yammie just borrowed cats and gave it some trimming..lol
I always like my 12 cat stock low...
Wonder if the RED one will match the 50th? It looks darker in pic

Dan...........I'm actually not sure if that windy is an Arctic Cat or Yamaha. One of the guys that I was working with designing the graphics on my sled just slapped it one one day and thought it looked cool. The first day I rode the sled with that windy one was a very brisk day and I will say that the windy was cool. Especially on the old twig and berries.
I'm really hoping like most SW guys that Yamaha steps up for next season and actually offers some good looking and functional options for both windshields and storage for the SideWinders, and that they're actually available and not on permanent Back Order.

We have some exciting Windshield options for 2018 including new Medium Height (12.25" above console), Medium Sport Height (10" above console) and Low (4" above console) windshields.
The Medium, Medium Sport windshields will also accommodate mirrors (Sold Separately). The mirror hole locations will be pre-marked on the windshield for easy installation.
After receiving some feedback on the original screen print design we have adjusted the design following our concept images. The images with the two center points will be the final design. We are also considering changing all three of these windshields to a light smoke.
I have attached a photo of a Prototype Medium Sport Windshield (SMA-8LR96-20-01) with Mirrors (CANADA: Mirror Kit w/ mounts SMA-8LJ26-00-00, USA: Mirrors 8LJ-F62A0-01-00, Mounts SMA-8LJMR-AD-KT). We had this windshield mounted on a 2018 Sidewinder S-TX DX 146 during the Barrie, Ontario Sneak Peek event with very positive feedback.
Thank you,
