i have a 06 apex rtx i just took it to the dealer to get exell exhaust on #10 plugs team industries secondary roller clutch and primary spring and weights, and service, i really like the roar of the ram air lid when ya crack it, but dont want a buy a power commander too. i kinda spent my limit this year lol Anyways can i run the ram air lid with my mods or is it goint o bog backfire and what not??

I had the air bod mod on the lid, and made a homemade one similar to one found on this site, on both instances I found it to be hestitant from the line, you should look at getting a programmer and add an ignition mod too. The fuel programmer helped big time, untouchable on the lake

I purchased a ram air lid, I had to adjust the CO level a bit to compensate.
