There was some talk about this in other threads and I figured I would create a topic for it. So anyone with info/results post them up when you get them. Also what brand will come out king of the strip?

Had a nice long chat with someone "in the know" from Yamaha (works out of Toronto headquarters) at recent sled show. There was some talk about this in other threads and I figured I would create a topic for it. Testing between SW and TC (reports from TRF) is showing Team clutching to be 1-2 clicks better on top end than new Yamaha roller clutch.
Look forward to Friday's results.

define top end, because there little race track is less than 1,000 feet now and even when they ran full 1/4 mile that is hardly top end speed lol, crap its all about traction in 500-1000 feet if snow is envolved, like a lot of us know its only about bragging rights for this race, when everyone gets them in the real world conditions and do in fact run a full 1/2 to a mile or better, than we will see whos works the best,in fact I would not be surprised to see an axys poo and a 850 doo out front in this short race if there is snow, heck on the grass, the doos and poos were kicking the sw in 400 feet on grass, all of them unstudded.Had a nice long chat with someone "in the know" from Yamaha (works out of Toronto headquarters) at recent sled show.
