Anybody make quiet exhaust for bender turbo?

Well I picked up my new turbo, Greg, the guy I got it from did a stellar install. After a little run, I'm thinking I need a quieter exhaust. Here in WI, aftermarket is illegal, and I just don't want the hassle, nor do I want to be one of the guys getting a trail closed. Thanks for any info.
