Good Luck - no service after the sale!
Same for me I have delt with goodwin in the past.I gained 0-30 mph but was actually slower than stock after that. They where asses to deal with after I bought and and called them.

I ordered a kit for a 97 xcr600 from goodwin the rpms were a little high up top so they sent me a steeper helix free of charge. The kit really woke up the sled.10+ lengths against a stock xcr600 on the lake I was very impressed.
I ordered the kit because my buddy had a 98 zr600 fuelie and he ordered the D&D pipe, clutch kit, and something else I cant remember.I never told him I got a clutch kit and every time we touched them off id just pull away(he was beating me stock for stock).I wish I had a picture of the look on his face.

Goodwin Clutch Kit 2005 RX-1
In fall of 2004 when I took possession of a NEW RX-1 121" I immediately installed a Goodwin clutch kit. It consisted of a primary spring, weights, a custom secondary ramp, and a new secondary spring. The beuaty of the kit was no need for adjusting, it had been dyno'd and exceeded all my expectations and every stock RX-1 or Warrior. In fact, with just carb spings, CR-10 plugs and the kit I can run consistantly even with my buddies with the carb kits and heavy hitters. Soooooo if bolting on these simple upgrades requires technical support I would recommend you send your sleds out for this work. Greg at Goodwin has backed the product when a pin was not properly sized with overnight service to my home before a trip.

wow, some pretty mixed opinions on goodwin. I think I will run the sled for the first couple weeks then install the clutch kit. (If I can wait) and see how it is. If I dont like it I will ebay it. hope it works out though. I have only had the sled a year and I allready want more. I wanted to keep it for 3 or 4 years but I might have to invest in a turbo. I love the sled. I just always want more speed!!! cant help it....
I'm shure it will be just fine the rx1's had poor clutching.Any company will gain over stock on the rx's.
