Took it out for the first back field spin, pulled it in to just look and this rocket.. aaaaand ther ya go? wow.
 
The plastic hook bracket your spring is attached to is assembled upside down
 
What's the real deal with your spring blocks? Was that the way they came delivered with you sled or is there something you're not telling us?

Picked it up bout a month ago, my time is limited pulled it out today for its maiden run up the field and back.
No track change, came from dealer this way.
 
Unreal. The sleds are shipped from the factory with the springs installed in the skid but loose. The dealer needs to set them in the proper position during their initial pre delivery prep.

It looks like your dealer dropped the ball on this one. I'd have a friendly chat with their service manager and let them know.

Could this be a way to lessen your spring pre load ?
Can that plastic bracket take the downward pressure ?
If it breaks the spring end will gouge your track .
