As some of you may have read I'm looking into getting an 07 apex rtx. I was reading through somethings and noticed alot of info on bushings kits to replace stock. (I like to be prepared) But I am wondering... with the motor taking up so much room, how does one go about removing the a-arms? I could take my rev front end off in 30 mins.. this is looking alot worse then that.. Any input? This is one of the first things I will do to it.

Many posts on this step-by-step process. Do a search.
But you have to take off the hood, headlight, airbox, battery, battery tray, and the front plastic under the front bumper. Once front plastic piece under bumper is removed, you will see 14mm bolt heads (14mm) for the A-Arms. Once you remove the battery tray, you will see the 14mm nuts (4) that are securing the 14mm bolts. Dont foregt you have to remove the front shocks also. It'll take you alittle longer than 30 minutes, but really not that bad to do.

Thank you for the info! I searched for it but couldn't find much that had anything to do with removing them, lol! I guess I'll have to find a way to reword it till it comes up.

Just start taking things off till you get to them! Its really no big deal. Takes some time though. I did mine in the spring when it was 65 out...
