I'm looking to purchase a 136 inch rail and tunnel extension kit Whats the best kit available to buy Tracks Usa? Hartman? or is there anyone else selling them
Any help greatly appreciated

TracksUSA makes the best rail extension and Hartmann makes the best tunnel extension.

Exactly what otis said.I have used hartman and mpi I like hartmans tunnel extensions and tracksusa rail ext's.

I have had great luck with Tracks USA. BTW, I put a 128" track on and Love it. You don't need to extend the tunnel with this, only the rails. $100 for the extensions and your done. PM if you would like more info. I have a couple bits of advice if your interested.

I know someone that is extending his. You have to change the skid as well. You can't just put rail and a tunnel extensions on. The 136 mono is different then the 121.

I for one can tell you that the 128 conversion works well. Dirk might be right on the 136. I did it to a Viper and did not care for the geometry of it. I would guess he is right that a true 136 would be more centered than extending a 121 to a 136.

What does it change drastically or at all. I have hear this a few times. Can You give me a break down? Can it be corrected? I did not know it we be that big and it didnt seem too different. It just doesn't seem it would change the geometry by making the rails longer. If you could clarify what it changes that would be mint. Like i posted below It seems to be fine as far as i can see........1000 stroker any input on the details of this?

Here are some I installed on mine. I also had the shock re valved and sprung. I didn't see any difference in the suspension UNTIL i made adjustments for the transfer rod. Once i adjust for weight transfer it did lose a littel travel maybe like 1" where it will sit in under its own weight because of the rear of the skid being lower than the front. It was perfect before this adjustment was made sat up at the top of travel with no issues. It handles just as it did before may need to adjust the strap though to get a little more weight on the skis.

I used the TracksUSA rail extensions with a 136 1.5 ripsaw and hartman tunnel. All recommended by TY guys. They are both great products and service was tops. The Extension I had powder coated black. It comes in raw aluminum.

Here is the link to the post i had before
