Im betting its the oil tank too.
Simetimes real hard to see the cracks but i bet its the tank.
Take the panels off. Spray it down with some brake cleaner and look at it 24 hours later. Should be easy to find

I couldn't see the crack in mine until I pushed and pulled on the tank a little

yup, x10 what these guys said. I think I have nearly the entire bottom half of my oil tank JB welded just to try and stop the leaks. Even if you cant see a crack they seem to weep oil from the tiniest holes in the castings.

I had a similar discovery this summer.
My tank was cracked after 7800 miles. It was a very small hairline crack on the backside of the tank. It was hard to find becuase the oil would weep out drip down the tank to the drain hose and then onto the foam of the sidecover and then onto the garage floor.
Lucky enough for me I found a mint condish take-off tank on fleabay for $25 shipped.
I sure wish someone like MPI would market their awesome welded oil tanks from their supercharger kits as a standalone upgrade for the turd of an oil tank Yamaha ships with their RX/Apex type models.

you could clean it up and jb weld it if you choose to.
personally I would replace the tank.
I am a HUGE fan of jb weld. I have used it 2 different times to fix my heat exchangers.
My patch up has lasted 5 years so far.
And used it on my buddy's sleds to fix their heat exchangers.
Its a great product but I don't feel it is the proper repair for this problem.
If your oil tank breaks and you lose your oil, its probably going to cost you a motor by the time you figure out it.
if your heat exchanger fails the temp light comes on and you shut it down with a much lower chance of destroying the motor.
obviously it could still happen, but the odds are a little bit more in your favor on a heat exchanger.
just my opinion.
