I am in the process of re valving my mono shock. i would just send it away and pay to have it done but time is an issue and I'm in Canada. poor planning i know. I think i have an idea but would like some feed back or tips on what u guys did if anyone has done it them selfs. so here's what I'm thinking... we know its hard at top of compression and soft at bottom. the first stage of the compression valving has 6 large (40 mm) shims then a thin smaller one before the second stage starts. i was going to reduce the 6 large ones in the first stage to 3, this should make it softer on top. Then add the three to the second stage to make it stiffer for more bottoming resistance. Also removing the last smallest valve in the second stage to stiffen it up even more. ANY THOUGHTS ON THIS?
