All,
Currently ride an Apex RTX and thinking of switching to the FX Nytro XTX. Anyone here do the same? Pros and cons? I love to ditch ride. Will add the plugs, airbox mod, exhaust & headers to compensate for the hp loss.

Thanks in advance,

KI

I came off a 136" attack last year to a xtx this year and would highly reccomend it. I have 850 miles on my xtx, i put excell exhaust sytem on and tried simmons skis, love the excell switched the skis to curves a 100 miles ago, so far like them much better than the simmons. the sled is amazing and can keep up with any apex, probably beet them off the line to, the xtx has amazing tork off the start, my personal opinion is that you will love it!!!

I came off 07 apex rtx. I love my xtx and dont miss my rtx at all. I have a cobra track and mountain skis. This sled is great off trail and pounding ditches. I think it would out accelerate my apex to 80-90 or so but doesnt have quite the same top end. Really fun sled to own. I always have a grin from ear to ear.

came off an Attak to an XTX.....the Apex sucks ball in the ditchs, the XTX rocks... the Apex goes where it want to go, the XTX does what its told and loves the bumps

I went from an 06' Apex RTX with everything under the sun done to it except power adders, to an S.E. I have absolutly no regrets what so ever, the Apex has it's place, for me if I had both it would be in the garage. I like to ride beat up trails and the rough stuff, the Apex doesn't do nearly as well on it. Rider position is so much more comfortable and whether or not it amount to much it feels 200 lbs lighter. I can actually give this sled body english and it responds. Now, it's a little colder, requires rider input, you can cruise but it's just not ment to. Also don't expect over 100 mph actually I'll say 95, yes it can so more but not on demand every day, in every condition. So if sit down, cruising, high speed is your thing, DON'T change.

Thank you for your comments, much appreciated...
