Apex seat and bars on rx1----- Need Advice!!

Got my apex seat on today with the apex bars and nytro tank cover.I used the 3 inch pivot riser with the apex bars.All I can say is what a difference.It is hard to explain how different this sled is.I have always loved this sled but now it is almost perfect.(lol)The seat height and riding position is perfect.The handlebars makes it handle and turn even better.I'm going to try a 2 inch riser tomorrow,but it is not bad without it and no cable extension.I have to wire the handwarmers in also.The seat makes the ride even better.I know alot of people complain about the stock suspension,I have never had an issue.The apex seat makes it softer.Many other sleds have a hard time keeping up in the rough trail.I have a 2001 xc700 and the ride is notmuch better now than my rx1/apex.

rx1 seat mod

I am looking at doing the seat mod for my 03 rx1. Does anyone know if the 08 nytro seats will work like the apex seats or not?

No they will not work. If you want to use a Nytro seat, it has to be a RS not FX. I put a '06 Nytro seat on my Rage. The RS Nytro seat were more firm than the Apex and the light wires will plug in with no mods.
