This weekend I was riding and whenever I put the sled in reverse or whenever I slid into a turning to the right or if I went off trail into unpacked snow the sled lugged and made a sound like a seal barking. That's the best way to describe the squeal coming from it. I couldn't tell if it was at the chaincase, secondary or from the drivers underneath.
I got the sled home and put it on my track stand and I couldn't get it to make a noise at all.
While it was on the jackstand I was checking track tension. It was loose everywhere except at the front rails where it appears to be real tight at the track. Could this be it?
I ran 323 miles but had no issue on trail all weekend. It was only off trail, sliding into a turn and while in reverse...
Any ideas?

Sounds like the belt slipping in the clutches. Many reasons can cause this: worn belt, hot clutches, wet sheaves, weak springs... Or a combo of all of them.
Give your clutches a good cleaning along with your belt. Check over your clutch operation and alignment. To me, it sounds like your clutches were working hard, hmm, heavy and wet snow perhaps?

Belt was new. Had only 100 miles on it at the start of the trip. I'll check alignment and if they are in need of cleaning.
New belts can squeal. You can remove the three washers on the bolts behind on the secondary to loosen up the belt.
