Apex Supercharger VS Apex Turbo???

Just wondering guys..

What are the differences between a supercharged Apex and a Turbo Apex...

all and any differences would be great...and which do you all think is better???

this would be on an 06 Apex Mountain 162 track??

under tunnel exhaust and boss seat...

Depends on what you want to do. Really its all personal preference. I like the turbos, others will say super. If your gonna be doing alot of climbin and alittle boondockin i would stay turbo. If you just want instant throttle and do all boondockin a super might be better for you.

Turbo's are adjustable as far as power output with a few turns of a nob, supers need to change pullies and are very rpm specific. Lots of info already on this. Use the search option and you will find a ton of info and alot of peoples opinions. Good luck with your decision. My vote is turbo regardless of riding terrain.

sounds good...yeah a guy I know..his friend wants to trade him straight across...a 2006 Apex Mountain with under tunnel exhaust and simmon skis and boss seat plus supercharger for his 2006 skidoo summit 151 rev (stock)....the guy said he rode the apex and rode great no problems at all felt awesome...but dont think he wants to trade...

So i talked to him and maybe I will trade my skidoo RT1000 for the apex supercharged....

just wondering if that would be worth it or should sell my sled and get a turbo Apex...

wanted to know the differences...

In the swap meet over at snowest , the turbo Apexes go for 16-$25,000 and more . The supercharged sleds sell for 11 - $16,000........What does that tell you ?

What does that tell you?

Most of the turbo guys have a lot more time and $$$ invested in the sled/chassis and they are trying to get a fraction of what they spent out of them. Most of the super guys just bolted it on and made no other modifications ... I would not have issue with a used super but I would not buy a used turbo ... I would much rather buy a used stock sled and turbo it myself ... That's just me ... I'm real particular about anything used.
