At what altitudes should I re jet?????

Hi there I have an 06 Nytro & a 1991 Phazer II. I live in Ohio & usually sled in OH,IN, & MI. I am wanting to travel to more areas such as The Adirondic Mnts in NY. My question is at what elevation do I need to start re jetting and posiibly re clutching? As far as re clutching goes is it nessecary to do if only planning on staying on the trails in mountainess areas? Thanks!

Take a look at the attachment. It is out of an RX-1 Tech Manual. But, this should give you an idea of when to start changing things.
