Attak won't start

Had error code 11 changed stator, code gone but now the machine won't start. It turns over and I even used a booster pack to make sure it turned fast enough. The only way it starts is when I hold the throttle wide open for 5-10 sec and it sputters until it gets going. I think my timing might be off.... any opinions.
