Axle bearing

I'm not sure about your 09 venture, but on my 05 Vector, 06 Apex & 07 Phazer I have changed them all without a lot of difficulty. There are 2 torx set screws on the bearing flange inside the tunnel on the axle that must be undone first. Then you remove the bolts on the speedo pick-up. Remove the speedo wheel from the end of the axle. Remove the bearing retaining cover. Now the bearing is exposed and with a little tapping from inside the tunnel in should slide out easily. I always remove the lower plastic side panel & secondary clutch first which really opens up the area makes it a lot easier.

one tip to make your life easyer, loosen the track tension off.

I never had to release my track tension, but I don't run it very tight in the first place, just tight enough that it doesn't ratchet. All my sleds are 121" tracks the 144" may make a difference.
