anyone know if there is a backrest available for 2005 rx1[/b]
The one from Yamaha SMA-8FURR-RP-AD (needs luggage rack SMA-8FU50-RA-CK & mount kit SMA-8FU50-MT-KT also) is not high & I found gives some support to the lower back, but minimal, and you really have to sit back very far. It still however does provide some support especially for long rides.
