Bender stage 2 installation instructions please

Well, I'm installing a bender stage 2 tomorrow on my Apex. I have the sled torn down in preparation and already did the stacked gaskets for the head and done with the clutching. I have some Bender stage 2 RX1 directions in my posession, but I don't have any for the Apex. Sure would appreciate it if someone could get some Apex directions to me. Thanks
