On my first ride I found that my waste gate was siezed. Resulting in unlimited boost. Check your wast gates with a set of plyers for movement. Without a boost gauge well owch, could have been bad.
Had to take the exhaust piece off and spray wd-40 on it and worked till it freed up.

About 1 year to the day. I know it's rust, must be from setting around. Bender has heard from a few others concerning the same problem.

Easy enough to do in Quebec, but here in Ontario North.................Summer is two bad months of snowmobiling. I'm probibbly one of the guys LB has seen running water in the summer. Happens once in a while, summer time, when you sit around and have a few coolly pops and wait for snow.

On similar note, a tip passed on to me the other day is that after a day of trail riding with new snow, the controler valve might freeze up with ice after the sled sits over night...... not a problem, fire it up, let it run, and the heat of the tubo will melt the ice....... Now i know the front turbo guys will scream that wont happen with our systems, well they are right,,,, but on the other hand they don't talk about the fire extingusher they have to carry with their units..... only kidding...
