My thought is using a bluetooth receiver like a Sena 20S and mounting quality speakers in the helmet that will plug into the unit. Not just the crappy communicator speakers, but dismantling a good pair of head phones and attaching them with the noise reduction pads that will fit around your ears inside the helmet. I'd like to hear what has been done and what products are out there for such an application.

I use IASUS speakers and bought a bluetooth receiver to plug in and tuck in my helmet. works great and no wires.
