I am a happy owner of a 06 Rage. I purchased hoping for a smooth ride, dependability and no more smell. I won on all accounts. (the inside wheels I gather will be a free upgraded at some time if my dealer is correct, I have eaten those but the replacement was free) I ride with a non Yamaha crowd and get a lot of grief over my choice. One fun thing is every brand has died on the trail except my brand, a current rage and my former Vmax. I have wondered which sleds are the smoothest. I would enjoy hearing opinions. My rage was a giant lept forward from my 96 Vmax. The sleds my friends ride that I have ridden are not as smooth. I do bottom out sooner but as I have been playing with the spring I have improve that situation some.

idk why but the rage suspension is softer than my vector win my mono shock all the way on soft it is almost stiffer than the rage on the hard postion, and when my sled is on the hard you can not compress my suspension on inch, when i ride i have my front suspension set at the stock and the mono in the middle postion
