I was riding on the Northshore of Superior on my new Apex GT, 
all smiles.
I am fueling up and a a guy stops his new Fusion 900 and gets off and keeps walking around and staring at my Apex in total silence until an uncomfortable social tension builds.
Finally I finish fueling and ask him, " How do you like you fusion?"
He looks up surprised and states, "Oh, I like the sled, don't care for the BIG THUMPER."
I didn't no what to say.
Amost every fuel stop someone looks the sled over......
Just thought it was funny. NO Polaris bash intended.

The " Big Thumper" he was referring to was probably the thumping noise of all his belts blowing.

Hey, that's strange, because in the U.P. last weekend, a guy riding a doo asked me "how do you like that thumper?". I assumed "thumper" was a slang term for Yamaha.
All the dirt bike guys call four-strokes "thumpers"

You should have said to him, The vibes on that Poo are realy that bad ha. I rode a Fusion 700 last weekend and if i had didden that thing any farther my feet would have been a sleep. When he got off my GT he said QUOTE I like that!!, I realy like that!!!. kviper
