I know its not powder coat but if it lasts the season I'll be happy, only cost me $35 and a few hours. I originally used plasti-dip, had an issue with tape hooking an edge, so I peeled it and started over. This time I removed the seat and plastics and shot everything so there were no tape lines. I think it turned out good! Hopefully it holds up!
I'm not sure why the reds are blue in this photo? I didn't do that on purpose, but it looks cool!

Put a piece of clear vinyl where your boots will rub and it will last if you don't one ride and you will tear it up.

Thanks! I was worried it would wear off the bottoms, wasn't going to do it but I thought it looked funny with just the sides done.
Going to be tough to tape where your feet go! I'll give it a go.

Put vinyl on the sides to that's where mine tore up.

I wonder would putting the clear coat over it help any? This looks too good to mess up on the first ride.

I wouldn't. It makes it a lot harder to take off if you wanna take it off some time
