boost gauge mount location on 2012 apex

Here i am again getting ideas about the autometer boost gauge best location. I would like to mount it to right side of handlebar riser about half way up. Seems like there would be inconspicuos and easily readable and not blocking speedo view. Any other ideas on a mount location ??? Perhaps someone that has had the experience could give me a better or different idea ? Thanks Jeff

its hard to tell by pic ... how did you actually mount the gauge to the right of your speedo
