OK here's what has transpired to date:
Installed the RX 60 horse shot with filters. 2 nozzles per filter 4 in total shooting NOS right down the carbs. The Bottle is in my seat with a longer braided line supplied by Boss.
Day 1 Traveled 2.5 hours to the staging area from a warm garage in about 40 degree weather. Began riding in about 32 degree temps. Arrived at the first meadow about 15 minutes into the ride. Turned on the bottle and tried the system with the micro fuel adjuster set at 5 turns. The system bogged at first then hit really good down at around 3 turns. I then left it to try on a pull sometime later in the day. When I arrived at a hill about 2 hours later and tried the system seemed like all I got was fuel. Kept leaning the system till I got down to 1 turn and it still didn't work. Didn't go any further for fear of a lean condition. Contacted Boss who reccomended changing out the smart box. Got the new box and installed the smart box.
Day 2
Sled was on the deck all night with the bottle in the seat pocket. Outdoor temp was about 32 degrees and sunny (felt warmer). Started at 5 turns again and worked my way basically all the way down to and including 0 turns. All the sled did each time was to bog bog bog. Went back to 5 turns and tried again. This time I could get the Nos to hit but only if I held the button on for like 5 seconds then it would pick up RPM's after it cleared out the bog. Doesn't matter where I set the micro adjuster I cant get the system to work without first bogging. The first day I used it when it worked there was no bog left by the time I got to 3 turns. Also the system isn't hitting as hard as it did the first day when it worked clean.
Anybody got any Ideas whats up with this??? I'm getting PO'ed with the whole thing. Is the bottle too cold, too far away, micro adjuster fu$%ed or what.
