Hi Folks, I have one of the yamaha saddle bags on my 2007 phazer. The saddle bags are anchored to the sled with nylon strapping that loops around the bumper in the rear and another set of straps on the front that go to pop-riveted cam locks on the tunnel. I broke one of the cam locks. Does anybody know of a source for these things?
Thanks in advance,
Mike

Yamaha sells them separately. I put some on my sled so I could borrow my brother's saddle bag.

Nobody at my Yamaha shop could find a part number for them. I wanted a second set so that I could share my bags with my Apex as well.
I ended up finding the size needed and did a generic search online. I found a Chinese supplier (of course) that would sell me a half dozen for a fraction of what one would cost. That and it shipped straight from Hong Kong.
I would send one to you, but I honestly forgot where I put them. (as I only needed two, and possibly one spare)
If I find them, I will hit you up for a mailing address.
Good luck!

Yes, thanks Cubby, I searched port yamaha, but didn't find it there. However, now I go back and search for "Cam Buckle" and there it is.
Thanks for the cue.
And the part number is: SMA-LUGGE-HW-KT for the earlier ones with 1" straps.
The 1.5" straps have the following part number: SMA-LUGGE-HW-20
Thanks all.

I have seen the cam buckle at outdoor/hiking stores (like MEC for us Canucks). Probably much cheaper and just need to drill the hole in the middle.

I have an arts & crafts store called "Hobby Lobby" near me, they got all sorts of cam buckles/ straps/ clips in various sizes.
Drill hole in it, mount.
