Buying 2009 Venture w/300 miles. What to watchout for??

I am buying a 2009 RS Venture with 300 miles on it.
What should I watch out for??

Those were nearly bullet proof trail sleds, would suspect it needs the basics-carb clean ,fresh gas & oil, chain case drain check. Only 300 miles this may as close to new as you can get, hopefully stored indoors with out mice. Battery likely not to hold charge it is 12 years since its manufacture date.
Sounds like a GEAT FIND.
