Cains Quest Snowmobile Race
Starts March 18 in Labrador City, Labrador, Canada. This is the first year for this event. Teams of two people drive their sleds 1200 kilometers through the wilderness trying to cross the finish line first. It will be filmed for TV. There is one team from here entering the race using VK Professionals. They have to drive their sleds about 400 km before being able to truck them to the start of the race. The race is a test of man and machine against the elements. See more here http://www.cainsquest.com/

Sounds like an awsome race, but there is now way I could ever get out there, but my yam would prolly stand a good chance of surviving that course.
It has already survived 18 000kms
Maybe next year....

Im hoping they do well as I helped to prep one of their sleds as well as provide info and suggestions on a suitable setup for this type of race. Some ideas were used, others not. Still wish I could have participated but cant do everything. Going caribou hunting at the time of the race and cant fit it all in.
