Can handle bars on 06s be adjusted BACK?

I wondering if i buy this 06 apex, If my hands have problems going numb... If i could be able to adjust the bars back towards me?

I would think that they have as much adjustment as your 05 does

If not just put an articulating base on the bottom of Riser.

If I remeber correctly they are coming out with a pivot for the acc catalog!!
