Can you sync the carbs with the ECP kit already installed or is it better to have them sync'd BEFORE the ECP kit?

I just synched mine last night.....so when Freddie said "sync the carbs, sync the carbs, sync the carbs", I guess what he was trying to say in a round about way is that we need to sync the carbs. You need to sync the carbs every time you make an adjustment (new pilots, new jets, new filters, etc). So, put everything on just how you plan to ride it and then sync the carbs. I actually got a good functional 4 way manometer from my local dealer for $45. Good luck.
