whats all the steps to change the y pipe on the apex need info bound to change my right side thanks. :rocks:

Take seat off , remove the 4 bolts at the muffler then remove the two rubber grommets to get to the 2 nuts. Undo these two then pull back on the exhaust to remove.
To remove the pipe at the motor end remove the small plate near the steering shaft this will unvail the 4 pipes going in to the motor. Remove the saddle clamps and pull the pipes off.

It's pretty easy. I had the back end hung up high because you have to get in the tunnel this made it easier.
I believe there is pictures and instructions posted here in the FAQ's or Tech Talk somewere.

Assuming you have a RX1 or APEX...

YES you'll have to drop your SKID to re-align HEADERS & REAR EXHAUST at the mid point when re-assembling, if 1 "Y" has failed the other is most likely not far behind, get a new set of STAINLESS STEEL from YAM, they had them last year at a really good price, $90.00 per side and should last longer than TITANIUM'S and also change all 4 DONUTS while your at it.

Here's a good link on how to get access to "Y" pipes, its pretty well all the info you need plus you'll have to drop your skid...

mod the clamps by filing the bushing that the bolt goes thru to make a tighter fit. that will eliminate the next premature change.
