The aluminum frame has taken its toll for wear and salt corrosion over the last season. I want to try and bring it back to it original factory clean and shiny look without having to use Mothers aluminim cleaner and a whole weekend of elbow grease. I heard rumblings about a product out there that is a quick spray that apparently gets it extremely clean and just washes off after. What do you know about this product? Who makes it? Price? And mostly, does it work?

I belive the product your thinking of is an acid wash mainly used by truck drivers for aluminum trailers. I friend of mine's dad has a trucking bussiness and uses the stuff, looks real good on the trailers as long as the trailer is new and you keep up on it. I don't know what its called, or what it cost but I'll make a phone call and fine out, also I don't know what it would do to plastics, or rubber components. I'll get the name and hopefully a web site.
