clutch tune up

Hi guys i want to install a clutch tune up kit on my 2007 apex gt .do you have to torque all the nuts and bolts like the manual says or just make sure they are good and tight?

either way is fine, i've had mine apart a ton of times i know by feel that it's close to specs.
