I'm looking for a good way to set up a heel clicker on a 04 RX-1. All stock clutching now. Has a hard time hitting 10200RPM now. Like my low and mid but will be doing alot of river riding. (top end) Ideas on how many grams to put on shoulder, center and tip are appreciated. Any imput will help. Thank you, Mike

I have answered this question 3 times in 1 week.4 grams heel, 1st hole empty & 3-4 grams tip. Stock secondary set up.You want to be at 10,200 rpm.

I think Turk is right, I've have to check my notes to know for sure, good place to start. I take it you have the white spring in.
Also make sure those weights don't touch the clutch housing when that clutch is fully closed. If they touch it could break something, there has been numerous posts on these things flying apart. I have not had a problem with mine yet, touch wood. They say these bolt right in, but I took a little bit of material off the clutch just to make sure they clear.

Tork,

Is this setup you're suggesting for the old 40-10 Heel Clickers or the New 40-20 Heel Clickers?

Cheers,
Chris
