I just installed a Mountain Performance stage 1 supercharger on my 2007 Apex GT. What should I use for clutching. Mountain said to contact Hauck Performance and they do have a clutch kit for $375, but is this the right way to go??

Has anyone used this kit?

I am running this in Wisconsin!

clutching

contact ulmer racing as they have extensive knowledge regarding clutching the supers at your altitude-I imagine he has a kit ready to go

My experience is that all the flat land guy's have advice on clutching for altitude...LOL whether it works or not is another question.
I know Gary (Ulmer Racing) and Pat Hauck (Hauck Power Sports) personally and both do a TON of testing. It is tough to find two faster guy's on the drag strips around the Dakota's, MN, WI, etc.
Gary is a great guy and will definitely help you out. He is usually available to talk with customers.
Pat is the same way and I have always had great success w/ Hauck making things right for me if things didn't work out. If Pat is busy (which is usually the case) talk to Rusty.
That's my 2 cents worth.
