Turk I have an 07 Attak that I do moderate trail riding to spirited fast riding. I am looking at a clutch kit from Ulmers and a slex-Werx Trail Terminator X which uses Dalton weights. I don't want to being tuning every ride. Which would you suggest?

definately go with al ulmer stuff. Never had good luck with dalton stuff in the past. I think the new stuff is better but 100% go with ulmer.

Thanks Turk, I'll give Ulmer a call.
X2 on the Ulmer. I have a stage 2 and love it. Allen set it up perfectly!

Yes,Ulmer is the right choice (IMO) nice characteristics in engagement, upshift and backshift as well as full shift rpm's. I may have a good one(sled) as I had to add a little more weight to the super-tips at the heel and even at the tip to get the thing down to 10,500- 10,800 range. Allen set them up according to the info I gave him and said this is common . His kit is top shelf stuff! and support is uneaqualed!

I ordered the stage 2 kit yesterday. curious to see the performance difference.
Here is how you can prepare yourself:blue rider said:I ordered the stage 2 kit yesterday. curious to see the performance difference.
1 - stand by a highway
2 - grab on to a passing truck
You'll notice a slight pull...
do this a few times and your shoulders will be ready.
