found a crack on my 07 apex and applied jb weld on both side's incase other side crack's on the trail.But it still cracked through the jb and still bleeding oil. HELP no welder in town for a while.

I would recommend buying one from an RX1. they are made of thicker material and usually a little cheaper than the apex tank just because it is older. I DO NOT recommend using a tank sealant on the inside of the tank like I did. I mean it worked well until it spun the rod bearings..

had a freind weld mine but it was just weeping not cracked.
Kiggigi or similar should have something for around $100.00
when you change it or get it fixed put rubber washers behind tank on mounting bolts to help with vibration.

X2 I installed rubber grommets on all the mounting points back in 08. Almost 14000 miles and so far so good.
