Hi, I am looking for some feedback on Yamaha Crank and Cam sensors. I know that they are of the "Hall" variety, but I am curious as to which wires on both sensors are the 12 volt in feed to the sensor? Further, I am curious if anyone has ever put an oscilloscope on the wires to see where the trigger actually occurs at, on the rising edge of the wave, or the falling edge?

I am working on a Standalone System for our custom sleds. I would appreciate input from any of the knowledgeable tuners out there.

Thanks

Ok, so I was misinformed, the sensors are actually a Mag style sensor. I have ordered a 100Mhz Oscilloscope with 50Gsa/s sampling to decipher the leading or trailing edge signal. Doesn't seem like anyone on here is doing a standalone system for the Yamaha engines??
