crank but wont start help

when i turn the key it cranks and the dash board goes dead and keeps cranking help what needs to be done to put juice on my ride thanks.

Do u hear the fuelpump come on and if so you may have foul the pulgs

every thing is good until i turnt he key it cranks and the dash board dims and dies out i am using my sisters hair dryer to warm up the white boxes on the left foot sides see if thats the prbblem.
