I'M RUNNING DALTON WEIGHTS FROM PROLINE IN MY SUPERCHARGE ATTACK RIGHT NOW AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYBODY IS RUNNING THE DALTON ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS. I GUESS ALL YOU NEED IS A T HANDLE ALLEN WRENCH TO ADJUST. THOUGHT THEY MIGHT BE NICE FOR ADJUSTING FOR ALLTITUDE WHEN I GO OUT WEST. ALSO WONDERING WHAT WOULD BE RECOMMENED FOR GEARING WITH A 2INCH X 144 TRACK. RIGHT NOW I GOT 20 38 GEARING WITH A EIGHT TOOTH DRIVER, IS THAT TWO LOW.
Most mountian sleds have 9 tooth drivers, so with 8t and your gearing your good for the mountains. It works about 2.14 to 1 given in 9t numbers, so I wouldnt change a thing in the chaincase. You want around 2 to 1 ratio out west.
