Do I need special wrenches to adjust front track spring?

I wanted to reduce some spring tension on my front track shock/spring but it looks like it's double nutted like a jam nut situation. How do I loosen it? Also, I think the manual has a misprint. It says that the minimum spring seat dimension for soft is 111.5mm, medium dimension 112.5 and maximim for hard is 122.5. I think the soft dimension must be a misprint since it's only 1 millimeter difference from medium. Can anyone confirm this?

I bought an ohlins spanner wrench from my dealer....Sled didn't come with one. Not sure on the misprint.
